Since its founding in 1936, Mink Meadows Golf Club has been a dedicated steward of its land, its natural resources and its course. As global warming has become a larger threat, this stewardship has become increasingly important and more challenging.
Mink Meadows recently installed a new state-of-the-art Irrigation System. The old Irrigation System was installed and improved at various times, dating as far back as 1936. This includes new wells which provide a new source of local water on-site and a system of adjustments that can be implemented both on and off-site.
Gerard Peterson, our Board member who oversees the work of our Superintendent Will Warner and his crew, continue to use the Best Environmental Management practices for water conservation and our course. Our Superintendent and his team are committed to achieving Environmental Standards greater than required by law. As Club members and guests, we have the opportunity to participate in sustaining our course and its environment.
Mink Meadows was founded with great care given to preserving the entire property including the golf course. All practices and programs are designed and structured with the environment in mind.
We hope that as a member of the Mink Meadows golf community you will help us sustain our course and our world.
